We’re excited to welcome Dan Ferstenou for an evening of live music, plus a little something extra. Dan delivers a well-balanced mix of acoustic rock, folk, and familiar favorites, with strong vocals and thoughtful guitar work that fit perfectly into a relaxed brewery setting. His style is engaging without being overpowering, making it just as enjoyable whether you’re listening closely or catching up with friends over a drink.

Adding to the night, we’ll also have a pop-up cocktail bar, offering a limited menu of handcrafted cocktails alongside our full beer lineup. It’s a great chance to mix things up, try something new, and settle in for a well-rounded night out.

Music runs from 6–9pm, no cover. Come for the beer, stay for the cocktails, and let the live music carry you through the evening.

The Johnny Table All-Stars are bringing a full night of high-energy, crowd-pleasing sound to Bear Cave Brewing from 6–9pm. Known for their tight musicianship and wide-ranging setlist, this group moves seamlessly from classic rock and blues to soulful grooves and unexpected deep cuts that keep the brewery buzzing and the beer flowing.

Settle in with a fresh pint, grab a pizza from the kitchen, and don’t miss the cocktail bar serving up handcrafted classics and seasonal favorites all night long. It’s the perfect pairing for a summer evening of live music and good company.

Whether you’re meeting friends or making a full night of it, the Johnny Table All-Stars deliver the kind of show that keeps the energy high from the first note to the last encore. 

End your weekend on a high note with our Braised Beef Short Ribs, slow-cooked until fall-apart tender and finished in a deep, savory red wine reduction. This hearty dish is all about comfort and indulgence.

Served with roasted garlic whipped potatoes, truffle-honey glazed rainbow carrots, and a side of horseradish cream for just the right kick. The supper is rounded out with two buttermilk biscuits and two green salads with your choice of dressing, making it perfect for sharing.

Our Stuffed Pork Loin is a comforting yet elevated Sunday supper, perfect for slowing down and savoring the evening. A center-cut, boneless pork loin is generously stuffed with herbed Gorgonzola butter, then roasted until tender and full of flavor.

It’s served alongside creamy polenta, braised kale with Calabrian chiles, and cherry tomato confit for a balance of rich, savory, and bright notes. The meal is completed with garlic crostini and two green salads with your choice of dressing.
